Refunds & Returns
Because my products are food items, I usually don’t accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. But I’m happy to offer refunds or replacements if any of the following happens:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was damaged or expired when you received it.
- Your order never arrived.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, please Contact Me within 3 days of receiving your order. Email me at [your support email] with
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item (if damaged or wrong)
- A brief description of the issue.
- I’ll review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
I do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Taste preferences
- Products not stored properly after delivery.
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
If your refund is approved, I’ll cover the cost of the replacement shipping. In case of a full refund, it will be issued to your original payment method.
